Burger King - P. Tuazon (Drive Thru)

I have been a regular customer at this branch. I like that it's a bit quiet around 3 or 4pm. The service is good and they offer cashless payments too. After multiple visits, they've been consistent. In terms of food, it's typical fast food. Spicy Chicken King was surprisingly good and so it has become my comfort food ever since.

Even though it’s close to the highway, you’ll only hear a bit of noise from outside because the place is well-sealed. The food is delicious and clean. I saw Nanay at the store, which made me really happy. Thank you.

My daughter placed an order around 4 AM using the store’s browser link, as it was more affordable than ordering through Grab or Foodpanda. However, due to heavy rain, no delivery riders were willing to pick it up. A girl from the store called to inform us that despite the order being ready, no one had accepted the delivery. We asked if we could cancel since more than an hour had passed, but neither of us could cancel the order through the app or browser. She assured us they would continue to try and fulfill it. We told her we were willing to wait as long as the food could still be delivered warm. By around 6:30 AM, the order arrived—still warm and fresh, just like it was served straight from the counter. Great job to the crew on that shift! We truly appreciate how you went above and beyond for a simple request. Apologies for not getting the name of the girl who called. We’ve experienced poor service from another branch before—cold food that tasted like paper bag—even without bad weather. This experience was the complete opposite, and we’re very grateful.

Food is good. Using app gets you some discount as opposed to buying directly in the counter. Service is great and the store crews are attentive, receptive and accommodating to our needs.

Food and service was the best. Please water your plants. We noticed they're dying na.

Excellent Service Despite the Rain We ordered from Burger King - P. Tuazon Cubao branch at 4:00 AM, and despite the heavy rain and difficulty booking a delivery rider, our food arrived around 6:00 AM, still hot and fresh — which we truly appreciated! A special shoutout to the staff member who consistently updated us about the status of our order. We didn’t get your name, ma’am, but thank you so much for your patience and effort. Your updates meant a lot. Kudos to the whole team at P. Tuazon Cubao for staying professional and committed even during tough conditions. Keep up the amazing work!

I recently visit this Burger King branch along the way to cubao, and I was impressed because the place is quiet and their new Iced Mocha Latte is available (tried this to different branches and it was always sold out). The Iced Mocha was creamy and delicious, hindi masyadong matamis and balance yung taste ng coffee and chocolate. The 4-cheese Whopper was also very good, with four different type of cheese melted together. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the bun was soft and fresh. The service was also excellent. The staff and even the guard was friendly. Prices are very reasonable, you'll able to enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank. Overall, I had a great experience at this BK - P. Tuazon. Hope all branches of BK is like this branch.
